Back in 2008, ZIllow released 7,000+ neighbourhood boundaries in major US cities. They’ve since removed the data downloads and API access, but a few copies of those shapefiles are floating around online. I’ve uploaded copies I made to this repo, since they’ve been useful in past projects.
